A review workflow for each account
- Check the bank, product and layout in the compatibility matrix. Most validations cover business accounts.
- Open a PDF with selectable text. Review rows and correct dates, descriptions or amounts in the free preview.
- Check debits, credits and balances. Declared totals are available only when the format supports reliable extraction.
- Export an accounting XLSX with separate debit and credit columns and review sheets, or standard CSV with signed amounts. Check the file before importing it into your system.
Batches without combining account balances
Contador supports batches of up to 100 PDFs. Each statement retains its checks; a combined workbook does not merge balance chains. Export successful subsets and review failed files separately. HSBC and Banamex process only the first recognized account section inside each PDF.
When batch trials are enabled, an account can try 2–3 PDFs once. The trial is consumed on the first export; the batch selection then locks. It is not a monthly recurring trial.
Preview, allowance and payment
Previews and edits are free. Export one statement per UTC month without an account, or three with a free account. Repeating a download or changing format in the same open result uses no extra export. Reloading or selecting again creates a new operation.
Solo provides unlimited individual exports; Contador adds batches. The MXN 99 pack includes 10 individual exports without expiry. Keep the result tab open while signing in or paying; documents cannot be recovered from the server.
