Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of Banco a Excel, operated by VICA Technology. By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Banco a Excel converts bank-statement PDFs into CSV or Excel files. Conversion runs locally in your browser.
Supported banks today: BBVA México, Banamex, Santander México, Banorte, HSBC México, Scotiabank México, Banco Inbursa, Banregio, BanBajío, and Mercado Pago.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account created through Clerk. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Plans and billing
Free plan: 1 statement per month without an account and up to 3 per month with a free account, with no page limit. Solo: MXN 179/month, unlimited statements. Bookkeeper: MXN 549/month, with bulk conversion and combined exports.
Payments are processed by Stripe and renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos and include any applicable tax. Prices may change with notice.
We do not currently issue a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI). When your payment completes, Stripe emails you a receipt with the charge details.
4. Acceptable use
You must have the right to process the statements you convert. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to compromise the application's security.
5. Accuracy and no warranty
The service is provided "as is." Automated parsing can contain errors; real statement layouts vary and may differ from the cases we have tested.
Always review the output before relying on it for accounting or tax purposes. We do not warrant that conversions are accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will notify you of material changes.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in Ciudad de México, México. Contact: hola@bancoaexcel.com.
